What would I do???

Depends on the person and the crime.. If it was someone very close to me, I would prolly smack them around a little bit..

If it was someone who I did not know, I would just call the cops and be done with it.

If it was someone I knew, but was not ever close with, I'd prolly break their hands with a hammer..
