I mean, this is Arkansas and Tennessee we are talking about here. Shit like that goes on ALL THE TIME. I know, I lived there, and the people who run those small towns dont get out much or see much of the rest of the world.

I doubt the little shit will be living in either one of those states from now, so now he is going to be someone elses problem.
