Don't want to really argue irrelevant points but if you ask any young man who can qualify to be referred to as a twink if they think its a positive or negative term, especially in the gay community, they will almost universally tell you it is used as a derogatory term. As with many other pejorative terms the group it is most often applied to may tend to own it and use it within the group but its still perceived as offensive when applied from outside.
Of course that is all the more reason to use it. :-) Since in a free forum we do encourage the breaking down of those kinds of barriers. For this reason feel free to call me a Faggot.
