Sales rep?
Sales rep is someone that works for someone actually closing the deal. IE, you work at a bank and you get the guy ready to refinance and you pass him to your Supervisor to close the deal.

Account managers are who you are referring to. If your account manager can't answer your question and doesn't make an effort to get the answer for you somehow some way, then ask for a different manager. An account manager's job is incredibly complicated. They are expected to "Manage" your traffic and optimize it's performance. Sure some don't bother to do this, but will they be around in 2 years?

I can name 12 people in this business, Sherie included that I'd recommend without a moment's hesitation. Because They know what they're doing and they'll make you money. Stock brokers are the same way, some make you money, some just hook you in and watch you lose it all.

Your traffic is Money, whether you know it or not. So choose your account managers wisely. Those of you that don't pick one or that ask not to have one are making a mistake, because we know what converts, we will know when there's an error and we are ultimately the ones that will notify you when we see something you should know about.
