Talk English or don't talk at all. But I agree, I had bad ideas and opinions about Arabs until I meet a few. But the ones I meet were immigrants from Iraq & Jordan who were studying Engineering and Medicine and not the type that strap bombs to themselves. A friend is also dating an Arab girl and she is one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. Though trying to explain this to Americans who've never met an Arab or a Muslim on GFY is not worth your hassle. Now get back in your cave.
