The thing is, you have to understand.... a good designer will make you your very own galleries for $20 a pop. If you need the sponsor to pay a designer for you, either outsourced or on an hourly wage, then chances are that you won't be worth the money to them.
They will need a guaranteed ROI and if you can't afford our own templates... then...
