Blowing the fuck out of a couple of big nations with nukes not only fucks up the world econmy by putting many countries in economic tumroil, but also woudl fuck the planet's ecosystem up enough to devastate more people than were intended.
Then again, humans aren't too bright, so I can't say yay / nay against your theory.
