I get what you're saying about it being a compliment or flattery. Like Nick, I'm open minded about most stuff. The problem is that grabbing at a stranger's groin who didn't ask for it, is by most standards an invasion of space. There are many other ways to compliment somebody regardless of your sex or sexual preference that won't be confused with being a violation. I don't think most women would find it a compliment if you grabbed them out of the blue in private areas.
