Let me address this and then im going to try and stay away from the board the rest of the day. This is entirely too much wasted time considering its done.
You speak of the influence of the board. My goal in case you missed it, was "either pay me or take them down." He took them down. So the board DID have influence because he wasnt going to unless i went to the board. This did not cost me business, I assure you of that. Ive had more design jobs come in than the $1500+ Donny deal that went sour. And BTW im not even taking on WORK!!! I dont take on design work all the time anymore.

If someone really thinks he/she has been wronged and there are no jurisdictional issues to make it impractical, use the law. Any sponsor, designer or content provider with a decent business should have a lawyer on retainer and even if not, it doesn't usually take too much imagination to make a claim big enough to be worth pursuing. When the case is won, the C&D order effective, or whatever, make a simple announcement and then move on...

You seem like you cant grasp why i took this to the board.
If i wanted to sue I would, my goal was to get the stuff eithe removed or paid.
