Excepting the sexual assault which is fucked and the bodily fluids released into public bathing areas which is a health and saftey issue. It's not a bad idea to set up guidelines for this kind of activity. The only caveat is that there should be no double standard in what the twinks can do vs lesbians/straight couple in terms of public exposure/sexual activity.
