Hey Chase, it is really courageous of you to speak out. Being a female in this industry is not easy and yes you get pushed and badly treated as well as supported and taken care of by everyone around you.
Speaking out might not make a big difference and sometimes you are condemned before you even try to explain yourself but know that if you can help out one person in this industry then so be it.
