In the emails I posted between us even Fletch demonstrates that he realizes this was something that was a mistake. It's been a year and a half since the deal was made. I paid Fletch $500. A year and a half later I remember the deal as me paying for the ENTIRE package and giving Fletch the 50/50 cut to provide consistent content updates. He corrects my false memory. I tell him that he's correct and offer to make things right.
Fletch made me an offer via email. I told him the price was too high and made a counter offer. Finally he made an offer I accepted. Then he decided he didn't like that offer (his own offer) and had baddog tell me that he had a NEW offer.
Why am I the bad guy here? Why?
