I don't think a deodorant can help him. I remember a really fat guy in High School with horrible body odor problems. I once left the class and threw up. It was that bad. Some extremely obese people will smell real bad. Others won't. I guess he's the "smelly" type. I don't know what he can do to help this problem. But a gigantic deodorant won't save him.
