why are you telling me this? If you or fletch had spent few more days on doing changes it could perform better than the rest tours. You do know what i'm talking about here, your other tours are optimized, this isn't. Fletch is the designer, but you are the paysite owner. You should be the one deciding what goes live and what needs changes. Did you provide fletch access to real-time stats? That's the only way to improve the ratio of a tour. A possible thing is that you realised a 50/50 deal is not that great for you even if the tour would kick major ass and you didn't make any effort.
