Until he started this thread, negotiations were open on payment to Fletch. I wanted him to reduce what he asked for because I paid him $582.36 more than he'd earned.
He did not do what he agreed to do, yet I let it slide.
Now I am asking him to refund the amount he was overpaid. At the moment he owes me $582.36. If he wants to be paid for his banners, fine. He needs to refund me. I won't send him money when he owes me money.
I was not going to enforce this because I know he doesn't have the money to refund what he owes me. Since he decided to come to GFY about it and break of discussions I will insist on a refund prior to paying him.
