Look at rick latona. He invested TONS of money in dollars.com and it didn't work out ... did he not pay any of the designers / programmers that worked for him on this one ? hell no . He paid up, cut his losses by closing the site and moved on.

You summed it all up right there and don't even realize it.
Do you think Rick refunded all the business partners who invested in that project? No. They all took a risk. Fletch is wanting his part of the deal refunded to him, even though he never lived up to it in the first place. He was out nothing but time. I paid him and STILL paid him further even when he didn't live up to his end.
