If only it were that easy. If Fletch sues you it won't be for $525 unless he's the nicest person in the world. He could take you for thousands to tens of thousands without blinking an eye. Don't believe me? Keep pushing him to sue you until he gets pissed off enough to do so. In the meantime take a look at copyright laws. They aren't a joke and you're playing with fire.
