Business is business. You win some, you loose some. But you don't decide when you loose or win . It's destiny and your ability to make the right choice BEFORE you make an agreement . Not change your mind after and fuck people up for thier money OR use their designs without having the right for them like in this case.
Look at rick latona. He invested TONS of money in dollars.com and it didn't work out ... did he not pay any of the designers / programmers that worked for him on this one ? hell no . He paid up, cut his losses by closing the site and moved on.
