Donny, copyright laws are very serious. I remember this bullshit from the first go and now you're back doing the same shit? Do you have any clue how much Fletch could have sued your partner for the first time his designs were copied? Look up the law and get your head out of your ass. From this thread I see only a few options.
1) You're broke.
2) You are an ass that doesn't know about copyright laws.
3) You know exactly what you are doing but don't think Fletch will sue.
If he sued you it would be a good lesson for you. Regardless of what you think there are laws to protect him. You can believe he would win a whole hell of a lot more than $525 as in most areas he's also due a % of all money made for the entire time x 3.
Give the dude his $500, he offered you an out that is more than fair.
