Penny Nance, until recently a board member for Concerned Women for America - a group which describes its mission as helping to "bring Biblical principles into all levels of public policy" - is now a special advisor in the FCC's Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Analysis, according to aides to FCC Chairman Kevin Martin.
Nance has called for stricter enforcement of indecency laws and pointed to huge problems with indecency on basic cable. Martin is on record as being a supporter of strict enforcement of indecency laws, though the FCC has proposed no indecency fines since he took the chair five months ago.
The head of FCC is a Bush Apointee.

Your entire life is consumed by fear. Every post you make is filled with fear mongering tactics. From what I can see, you have wasted, thoroughly wasted, the last 6 years waiting for the boogie man to pounce. In another 6 years when I ask you what has happened, with the canned response be the same? "Oh it is coming, watch"
