You managed to get that far?
I send all signed papers 1 year ago and hope to receive the details to finish the setup any day now.
Offcourse I tried to resubmit the application, and also tried to e-mail support (and got a answer that I should use my epassporte E-mail), and the phone is not being answered.
I think it will be faster and less problems just to issue my own cards to my webmasters
