1. Any tax would destroy cash flows to the USA, it would be a trickle down effect through the economy. You would see people drop USA processors in a heart beat, to avoid the USA imposed tax.
2. Some states have a tax on illicit drugs (North Carolina and Tennessee). Does this make the drugs legal or the Drug Peddling trade legitimate? NO! They do this, so when they arrest you they can get you on a tax evasion charges.
3. ALL TAXES ARE BAD, and anyone in Washington is a motherfucker, regardless of political affiliation. Any group of motherfuckers that want to impose taxes are doubly worse.
