You know... people like that need to be alerted to the authorities, and put away for a long time. Those are some serious offenses, not a fucking TGP submission. These events can be huge and people repeatedly take on new jobs and/or identities... would just be easier to kick their ass and call the cops. Tell them the cocksucker fell down the stairs or something. Odds are he/she was drunk.
