that would be my guess if they weren't such scammers to begin with.. way too many bad things going on with that company
and they are defininitely from the psd, I made a gif of both of them to show you.. and there's no background inbetween.. just two frames the same except for the animation part
take a look.. the background doesn't change (except that pao optimized it more)
definitely a rip off.. and even if a client did give them the psd.. would any respectable designer use these without checking with the original designer first? I sure wouldn't
