1 bottle of Guiness
1/2 cup bown sugar
1/8 cup cider vinegar
2 bay leaves
1 garlic clove chopped up

Heat on stove and let simmer for 10 minutes
Apply to ribs to keep moist

Enjoy!!! Good Luck with them

I love to slow smoke ribs, everytime i do them all my friends seem to know (its like a 6th sense) and all come over for ribs and brisket and i usually never get to eat much of the food i make. But I love to b-b-q so i guess its all good.
Off topic or not, that sounds great. I am BBQ'ing ribs today. Slow smoked for about 6 hours. My sauce though, is a standard tomato based sauce. The key is about 8 ounces of pure maple syrup (not the shit for pancakes).
