Funny that one costs $35 while the other costs $2, yet both are primarily 8oz. of meat from the same cow.

Ruth's Chris uses USDA Prime beef, which only certain farms/distributors have. I doubt that any fast food restaurant uses Prime. But I agree, sometimes a $2 burger tastes as good as any expensive steak, all depends on the mood.
