Keep thinking that, if you had people hitting your site from searching a star specifically, you should have been rockin out sales, it sounds like more of a sales problem then a conversion.
These surfers knew what they wanted, all you have to do is give it to them with a nudge to buy. Its like runnin a bakery and having a guy come in and ask for BREAD. Thats a pretty good indication that he is a customer.
If he comes in looking for bread and you (the owner of the bakery) cant sell him some, you got problems.
