But Paypal will also let me transfer funds from that account to my bank without any problems. I'm trying to find out of ePassport does the same thing.

I did a google search and found several discussion boards where people seemed pissed that they couldn't transfer money to the bank account from ePassport. The threads were a year old so I was just wondering if EP is offering this service now?
