Oooops, I forgot to put <sarcasm></sarcasm> around my last post. I should have went further and stated that the racial profiling of arabs because they're mindless 'terrorist killers' is retarded when there have been horrific acts of terrorism in the US commited by white Americans. I have yet to hear a credible answer to the question of 'why' these acts occur, and I don't want to hear 'they hate us because of out freedom' crap. What seems to be consitent (and what was stated by the groups involved) in 1995 and 2001 is that these individuals were acting out in response of actions of the US federal government. These acts cannot in anyway be justified but looking at ALL possible reasons for the acts might help us in understanding and preventing these acts in the future.

I also might add that creating a police state will in no way stop these attacks since Isreal has some of the best defenses and is a much smaller country and they cannot stop it.
