Why not arrest the woman in the men's room????? Where was the greater wrong? Actually not worth making a big deal of it. If it said Men on the door, what do you think a judge would say anyway.
Another issue at law and that is necessity demands sometimes (not sure a 3 y.o. needing to pee would count, but arguable). Like going into someones house to call for an ambulance or breaking down a door if someone is calling for help.
Al in all, all made a bigger deal than it was.
I've used the woman's room in emergency and I'm sure most after me wish I would have found another place. From the look on my face and the obvious need, no one said a word.
