I kind of like them. Last month I noticed I was like <150 minutes, with 2 weeks to go before I would hit overages. I called them and the chick just gave me an extra 100, and made it good until September, no charge . . . didn't even ask for it.

See thats good service so good you remembered it and talked to others about it when they shared their bad experiences with cell phone companies.
It takes so little to either piss off a customer or make them happy, but some companies piss all over you when they get the chance.
