I've had 3 close family members drop off into the world of Meth.
From what your saying she sounds like she is far from hitting rock bottom.
She still has a bf, a place to crash at and family support (money, food, rides etc..)
When a bunch of YOUR stuff comes up gone with no explinations and your bank account is empty from helping out with court costs and fines etc... then she will be getting close to hitting bottom.
As others have stated nothing can be done until SHE is ready to clean up.
While your looking out for her well being she is concerned with nothing but the next fix.
Cut her off, tell how much you care and that your not going to help until she's cleaned up.
Tough love, it sucks but sometimes thats what you have to do.
