But seriously.. go to her next court appearance , get her out of jail ASAP, she is likely doing more drugs in jail than out of jail.. whatever the case , jail can't do anything for her but cause her more grief and likely in the end cause her to do more drugs..

Whatever you do , get her out of jail and away from the court system.. THEN

go rent a cheap apartment, pref. far away from any downtown core..

Fill a room with bottled water and canned tunafish and shit.. board up the windows, invite her over , lock her in , dont let her out for anything for 30 days..

if she relapses , do it again but for 60 days.. keep adding 30 days everytime she relapses. Eventually she will quit.. most likely after the first or second time..
