jesus prices have dropped...verio 2 years ago was $450 a meg. gblx was in that area, L3 was around $300 or so. UU==$$

One a gige feed with 10-15% saturation, our bill was around $40k a month, that was level 3 in early 2001.

and i still hate verio, mostly from the sales side. network was 'ok' at best, routing in san diego to primary cable network(s) was shit poor. their HSRP implementation didn't work right, etc. The premier NOC was nice though, I got to be on pretty good terms with those guys..
