The bill going up I think has more to do with AOL wanting fatter profit margins than any true cost issues, access and pricing on things almost always go up no matter what regardless. Although I'm sure I could be wrong.
But I think to myself....has the price of Coca Cola or Pepsi gone down over the past few years? The cost of smokes gone down? The cost of ammunition gone down? Hmmm, nope, last I checked the price of almost everything usually goes up in time
