first off, maybe they didn't like people posting as the board's name. some people might think it reflects on the board.
don't get all up in arms and talk about "freedom of speech" - here's your definition.

freedom of speech doesn't mean you can say anything anywhere and be allowed to say it. it's lens's board, when it comes down to it he can say what he wants, ban who he wants, or do anything he wants. there's nothing illegal or breaking any amendment.
the amendment was setup so that people did not have to fear the government for speaking their mind, since that is really the only body that could legally hurt someone for speaking their mind.
no one has any legal obligations to allow you to post, in fact it's quite the opposite; i believe if you've been repeatedly asked and banned you could face some sort of cease and desist with possible legal actions if you continued to post once warnings had been issued (not saying they have in this case.. but there is nothing guaranteeing your usage of this site.)
