1. Someone who can build a website around phpBB (Use it's authentication system to allow single sign on).
2. Someone who writes clean, high performance, security-mided code.
3. Someone who developed community web sites in the past.
4. Someone who knows how to give web sites great usability.
What I don't need:
1. Graphic design. I already have it and it's very very basic.
2. To be billed like I asked for a Yahoo.com clone. If you don't do projects for $xxx don't bother contacting me.
3. Someone who doesn't communicate well and can't handle deadlines he sets for himself.
