the problem is that there are so many people who want a fast cure to their probs that they'll buy this kind of product and they may then stop taking their prescribed medication,
falsely believing this natural 'remedy' will fix their ills - this could then cause them to end up in a diabetic coma or worse - dead.
Personally I wouldn't want that on my conscience
