Not that I want to get too technical, but if it were sweat wouldn't logic dictate that she would have the sweat halo at the top of her tanktop (from her neck sweating) and also under her pits?
I have been to concerts, sporting events, you name it. I have seen fully clothed people running down the street in Toronto in humid 100 degree weather and I can honestly say I have NEVER seen a person have that much "sweat" only in the crotch area.
You also might want to note the complete lack of a sweat trail down her spine.
C'mon ladies, admit it. She pissed her pants.
