That design is tight. If you want my personal opinion, I would redo the thumbnails. (all of them except the first seem blurry) Kinda like they were video caps. I would also use a black outline on the models names in the thumbs to make them stand out a little more
And I would make the Click here for Instant Access a flashing gif. This way it will make it stand out because that and the Members Entrance links sort of blend in with the layout.
You want to make it simple as possible for a surfer to get to your join page
