Quite misleading report IMO.
Malmö has many foreigners yes, but that school with "only" 2 swedes is probably a special school like anywhere else, and those "rock throwers" is just lost kids, 20-30 of them, like in any ghettos around the bigger cities.
The high unemployment is a result of incompetent politicians.
