I too buy from Choker and a few other sources as well, and I also have several other sources of paid traffic deals. All I did was put up a page that looks almost exactly like my real warning page, except that it has no popups. It does however have some thumbnailed links, some lead to content, others lead to sponsors and even some link trades. Lower down on the page there is the "Enter" and "Exit" links, but it is acceptable because it is a clean page that has links to some actual content. Since Choker's traffic is largely tgp traffic, his surfers are expecting to see a least a bit of content.

Notice the "Enter" link leads to a full page add, from which the surfer can click through to the main page of my site.
it's not hard to whip up a page like this, and another added benefit is that this type of page will coninue to get some traffic even after your paid hits run out. (trades, SE hits)
Otherwise, the better way to go for a pay site might be to purchase premium-quality banner/button traffic at a higher price. I have one such source, and if this type of traffic interests you by all means icq me - 31024634
