I do agree with you that it is usually possible to work around problems and incompatibilities.
The thing is, I seem to be ruled out by most of his rules-- and I can't see putting a ton of work into *buying* traffic from someone. If I am going to spend the time to re-work sites, build feeder sites, I am afraid that sources of traffic that I don't have to pay for are going to get my attention first. (I guess that sounds negative, but I'm just being up-front with my time and work priorities.)
That said, I do hope we can work something out. Probably better to wait until I see him on ICQ, than to talk it out here with everyone else... ;)
