The reason you had the 1st written down was because the hearings originally scheduled for the 8th/9th were rescheduled for today/tomorrow.

BUT - late Friday, the DOJ and FSC agreed on some facts/admissions/stipulations, and that agreement eliminated the need for today's sessions, apparently.

Oral arguments are scheduled to begin tomorrow morning at 9am (believe that is 9am mountain time, not sure)
