the music industry can suck my big fat dick if they think im going to stop downloading music for free and start going out again and buying CD's.

If they were serious about controlling the problem.. they would take care of it. perhaps starting to sell mini-discs instead of CD's. this way you dont need to be careful of it getting scratched up so easily. sell them for cheaper too.

then again, as long as theres a free source to the downloadable music, the record industry wont be raking in as much cash as they used to. i know i wont pay $15 for a CD that takes 7 cents to make. i dont lose any sleep over rockstars that dont have enough cash to fund their new lambo or drug habit. boo hoo for them.
