Get some Lomotil. stuff really works. you can buy it at any drug store there. Stay away from salads in restaurants and fruit juices not made by you. You probably have amoebic dysentery. You can also buy some stuff there (anything with a name ending in "sol") to kill the amoebas, but it's real hard on you and you might want to wait on taking it until you get back anyway.
