Agreed. Not only can you get a good deal, cutting out the middle man, but a lot of times just overall best experience, especially if you have support questions.
I personally can't stand when you go into a retail outlet, start asking detailed questions about hardware, cameras, computers, add-ons, or fill in the blank, and you know more about it then the person who's supposed to be selling it. Or my all time favorite, they refer you to some website. Makes you wonder how these people sell anything. You are in the store, money in hand, ready to buy.. they tell you to go home and check some website.
