Man, you got the balls most of these people wish they had. I know how much work goes into court challenges, depositions, and being hounded by the media dogs. Representing the industry and challenging the DOJ was a very brave and noble act.

I, for one, appreciate your efforts and wish you the best. We all owe you whether we realize it or not. You have my respect and gratitude.

Thanks again,

I appreciate your comments. And, you're correct about the time involvement, especially for preparation of the Declaration, the Court appearance at the 10th Circuit in Denver concerning the TRO (which later became an agreement between DOJ and us two plaintiffs along with FSC as the BIG plaintiff not to inspect/enforce until after the Court ruled on our upcoming Motion for Injunction), then the answering of the DOJ Interrogatories, and then the 4+ hours of DOJ taking my sworn Deposition in LA; and, tomorrow at 6:20 AM I travel to Denver for meetings and the Aug 1-2 10th Circuit Hearing on our Motion for Injunction.

But, it's all been worth it in every way---being a plaintiff was the right thing to do!

Keep us, and OUR CONSTITUTION, in your thoughts as we make our case for Injunction over the next few days! Thanks:-)

God Bless American, and the rights of ALL citizens!!!!
