Why large-scale program owners, who have budgets that can easily handle his $300-per-trailer fee don't, is beyond me.
Sidenote: I have Cox HD cable, and one of the HD channels offers a weekly show that features high-def trailers to upcomming movies with no commercial interruptions. It's basically a "coming attractions" type show, but it's right your alley Red.
