bound to happen...800 re-bill is def. pushing the envelope

Actually I was curious about how the 800 recur system worked so I made a test call from home about 4 months ago, and I have been unable to cancel. You call the CS # on the bill, get put on hold forever - then you get hit with a recording that says "go to www.billview.com" b/c all operators are busy. You go to that url, it tells you nothing. I filled out the CS questionare on that page and submitted it. The CS response took a week to get back to me and when they do they say "this is for a website subscription". Uh, ya no shit dude...I write back saying "In understand that, I want to cancel". No luck - my phone bill came again the other day and the charge is there again. I never got any response to the e-mails I have sent them and get put on hold forever when I try to call. Bear in mind I have worked in the adult industry for 6 years - can you imagine the avg. surfer trying to cancel their subscription?

In any case, not surprised this 800 recur thing is coming to an end.
